Shipping & Delivery
Order Confirmation & Availability:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and process a full refund using your original payment method.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Express Delivery: We offer an express delivery option for an additional fee, with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Please contact us for a quote.
- Special Items: Large items, such as Braai Units and Combustion Stoves, may have longer delivery times. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times can vary based on your location and courier schedules. We will notify you of any significant delays from our suppliers.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs vary by product and are calculated at checkout for main centres.
- Large or heavy items incur a separate delivery charge per item.
- Deliveries to rural or remote areas may be subject to an additional surcharge as determined by our courier partners. We will contact you for confirmation if an extra charge applies to your order.
- Should there be a pricing error for any item or service, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before processing your order.
Delivery Process:
- Our responsibility for your order ends once it is delivered to the address you provided. We are not liable for any loss or unauthorized use of the product after delivery.
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide a full replacement or refund.
- You can add special delivery instructions at checkout. While we will pass these to the courier, we cannot guarantee they will be followed.
Returns & Warranties
Warranty Information
- All our products are covered by the warranty provided by the official South African distributor or the manufacturer.
- If a product becomes faulty during its warranty period, please contact us first.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item for evaluation by the distributor or manufacturer.
- The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- The manufacturer or distributor's decision to repair or replace the item is final.
Warranty Claim Shipping Costs:
- Within 7 days of delivery: If a product is faulty, we will cover the cost of its return and the re-delivery of the repaired or replaced item.
- After 7 days of delivery: If the product is still within its warranty period, you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility.
- If the fault is found not to be covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Changed Your Mind? (Unwanted Products):
You may return an unwanted product within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is undamaged, unmodified, and in its original packaging with all labels attached.
- The product is not missing any parts or accessories.
A handling fee (7.5% of the order value) and a shipping charge (R200 for major city areas) will be deducted from your refund for unwanted returns. We will arrange for the collection of the product.
Incorrect or Mismatched Order?
If we have sent you the wrong product or it doesn't match the description on our website, please notify us immediately.
- We will collect the product from you at no charge.
- Once we have validated the return, you can choose one of the following:
- We will deliver the correct product to you.
- We will credit your account.
- We will issue a full refund.
Preparing Your Product for Return:
To ensure a smooth and fast process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: Do not return any item without contacting us for instructions.
- Package Securely: Ensure the product is packaged in its original packaging safely for transit.
- Include Everything: Return all accessories and parts that came with the product.
Failure to follow these steps may delay or result in the decline of your return request.
