Rust Prevention

While we take every care possible to ensure that your braai will be a long-lasting product, we need your help to ensure its longevity.

• To ensure your FILLY remains in great condition for years to come, it should never be left exposed to the elements when not in use.
• Your FILLY-1 should be cleaned and stored away after each use.
• Light surface rust forming on the FILLY is considered normal.
• Coastal regions are more prone to rust, so it is advised to take extra precautions and check your unit regularly for rust.

  This limited warranty does not cover dropping, chipping, scratching, dents, surface corrosion, discoloration, or rust. This limited warranty is applicable in South Africa

Safety & Care Guide

• Children and pets should not be left unattended near the braai while in use.
• Do not allow them to play, sit or stand near the unit at any time.
• Do not touch or move the braai while in use, or until it has cooled down.
• Do not use spirits, alcohol, or petrol for lighting or re-lighting. Use only firelighters complying to EN 1860-3
• Do not leave the unit unattended while cooking.
• The FILLY-1 must be properly assembled and kept on a hard, flat surface for the duration of its use.
• As with any braai, care must be taken to prevent heat damage to items around or under the grill.
• Never use grill on a wooden or other flammable surface. Use on a hard, stable
  surface only, that can support the weight of your braai.
• Not for use on plastic/glass/ fiberglass/ wooden surfaces.
• Do not use water on the grill while it is still hot as this will damage the finish.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals to clean your braai. We suggest warm soapy water. Followed by a rinse and thorough dry.
• For outdoor use only - Use only in a well-ventilated area.
• Domestic / non-commercial use only.
• All 304 Stainless-Steel grids/pans are dishwasher safe.
